Crafty Edition to Thule’s Kayak Carriers

Thule, the world’s largest manufacturer of car roof systems and accessories has added a newly designed kayak carrier to its impressive range of water sports equipment accessories.
New for Thule's 2008 catalogue, the Hull-a-Port Pro 837 introduces a stable and space saving design. A rubber pad surrounding the strap shields both the kayak and the car from scratches when loading and unloading your craft - just one of the protective elements incorporated into the new kayak carrier.

The Hull-a-Port Pro 837 is designed with thick felt pads to protect the hull and powerful straps to keep the kayak firmly secured. The new model has evolved from Thule’s hugely successful original Hull-a-Port. Just like its predecessor, the Pro 837 is easy to load – just angle the kayak against the pads and it sits securely. Once on the car, there is room for another kayak, or even a Thule roof box for all the other equipment you’ll need for the day’s adventures. When not in use, the carrier can be neatly folded down, saving wind resistance as you travel.
